  • Iron&Grit

    Strength. Structure. Sweat. This is where power is built — with dumbbells, bodyweight, and focused work. Iron & Grit rotates through formats like AMRAPs, tabata, heavy rep sets, and functional training. You’ll push, pull, lift, and level up. Expect grit. Leave stronger.

  • Kettlebell Fit&Fun

    Kettlebell Fit&Fun is a class for all levels. This class will provide a combination of movements using kettlebells for strength training and coordination. 

  • Mat Blast

    Get ready to fire up your entire body in just half an hour! This fast-paced, barre/pilates inspired class keeps you moving with sculpting sequences designed to strengthen, lengthen, and tone from head to toe. Expect minimal breaks and maximum results as we flow through low-impact, high-burn moves. Perfect when you’re short on time but want a powerful, mat-based workout.

  • Mobility&Stretch

    This class blends dynamic mobility drills with intentional stretching to help improve flexibility, release tightness, and support healthy movement. You’ll work to loosen stiff joints, lengthen tired muscles, and leave feeling refreshed and restored. Perfect as a stand-alone recovery session or as a complement to your strength and cardio training. Designed to leave you feeling open and energized—not just relaxed—this 30-minute session is ideal for easing stiffness, enhancing recovery, and supporting strong, fluid movement in everyday life.
