Courtnie
The founder of unbound movement, COURTNIE, LOVES group fitness and truly believes movement is everyone. Courtnie is an RYT-200, is certified in barre, buti yoga, pound And loves to continue challenging herself to learn more. Courtnie is loud, fierce, and energetic. her goal of Unbound is that people will have a welcoming, safe, free from judgement envirONMENT to move and feel themselves in. Outside the studio she spends her time with her husband and their 2 kids.
Rhonda
Rhonda is a physician assistant in the Wooster area. She was active in sports while growing up but noticed that as she has aged and became a mother, her own physical activity declined. Over the last few years she has made the commitment to herself to become more active and improve her overall health. She is now a certified Kettlebell instructor- her goal is to empower aging clients and encourage them to continue to move and grow in strength and coordination.

Becky is a passionate and dedicated yoga teacher who believes in the transformative power of connecting breath and body. With a focus on inclusivity and body positivity, she creates a welcoming space for students of all shapes, sizes, and abilities. Becky has a passion for passive forms of yoga, incorporating mindful movement and breathwork. She guides students to deepen their self-awareness, cultivate inner peace, and embrace their unique strengths. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced yogi, Becky's classes offer a supportive environment to explore the holistic benefits of yoga, both on and off the mat.
Carol
Carol Mills has been active all her life, enjoying all types of fitness. Once she began Zumba, she loved it & became licensed in 2013 and hasn't stopped dancing since. She loves seeing others express themselves through dance with their own personal style. Carol is an avid Ohio State Buckeye Fan & married her college sweetheart, Jim. They have two children & two grandchildren.
Advice from Carol: "Remember, fitness is a different journey for all. I'd encourage you to step out of your comfort zone occasionally & try something new- you might be surprised to find you love it."
